Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesAircraft Design & Development
Design, develop, and test aircraft, spacecraft, and related systems.
Create detailed blueprints and technical specifications using CAD software.

Aerodynamics & Performance Analysis
Study and optimize aerodynamic properties to improve efficiency, stability, and control.
Conduct wind tunnel tests and simulations to validate design performance.

Propulsion Systems Engineering
Design and evaluate propulsion systems, including jet engines, turboprops, and rocket motors.
Collaborate with propulsion specialists to improve fuel efficiency and thrust performance.

Structural Analysis & Materials Selection
Perform stress analysis and fatigue testing on airframes and components.
Select suitable aerospace materials to ensure strength, weight efficiency, and durability.

Flight Testing & Evaluation
Develop test plans, procedures, and protocols for prototype aircraft.
Collect and analyze data during test flights to ensure safety and compliance with standards.

Systems Integration
Integrate avionics, propulsion, control systems, and structural components into a functional aircraft.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during design and testing phases.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety
Ensure aircraft designs meet international aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, etc.).
Implement safety measures and conduct risk assessments for all engineering processes.

Project Management & Coordination
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet production and testing schedules.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

Innovation & Research
Stay updated with advancements in aerospace technology, materials, and manufacturing methods.
Develop innovative solutions for performance improvement and environmental sustainability.

Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed technical reports, design specifications, and performance documentation.
Present project progress and findings to management, clients, and regulatory bodies.
