We are seeking an experienced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) specialist to serve as the lead for a 24/7 combatant command watch floor team. In this role, you will conduct and oversee OSINT and PAI research and analysis in direct support of time-sensitive intelligence requirements, ensuring your team delivers clear, actionable insights to senior leaders and operational staff. You will manage day-to-day watch floor operations, mentor analysts across multiple shifts, and set priorities during high-pressure and crisis-driven situations.
As the team lead, you will balance hands-on research and analysis with supervisory responsibilities. Because the watch operates continuously, you will often lead analysts you may not see in person every day, requiring strong communication, clear guidance, and consistent enforcement of standards across shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining alignment and continuity in production, ensuring timely and accurate reporting that supports crisis response and contingency operations. This position offers the opportunity to directly shape the performance of a watch team supporting global missions while still applying your own advanced OSINT skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
As part of the application process, you are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. We reserve the right to take your picture to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
