For our Head Office in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a full-time:

Logistics Controller

We are seeking someone with a strong affinity for logistics, customer service, and reporting, who enjoys working with various stakeholders and has a passion for the beauty industry.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

Performance Monitoring

• Contributing to logistics budget planning and monitoring expenses
• Managing and optimizing performance through KPIs reporting
• Ensuring activity continuity, proper traceability, and reporting

Operations

• Coordinating e-warehouse and transportation, ensuring cooperation with peers and 3PLs
• Participating in planning replenishment launches and e-store activities
• Planning and optimizing daily operations resources and medium-term capacities
• Managing short-term activities to ensure efficient e-logistics response
• Steering warehouse processes for timely in/out flows and accuracy
• Leading continuous improvement projects with 3PLs and DHL to optimize services, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience, aligning with environmental policies

Customer Service

• Managing customer returns and claims with the CS team
• Steering customer service performance
• Applying company rules and guidelines daily
