Aufgaben
We are looking for an Onsite Support (m/f/d)
Start: 01.08.2025
Duration: Until 31.01.2026 (with option for extension)
Location: Onsite in Düsseldorf or Marktoberdorf, with travel within the EU and UK.
Workload: Full-time
Tasks:
- Standards Implementation: Upgrade and standardise backend racks, cabling, servers, networking, workstations, printers, and other IT infrastructure in Marktoberdorf facility in collaboration with global teams
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT processes and systems.
- Third-Party Coordination: Collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks using the Azure DevOps board.
- Agile Team Participation: Actively participate in an agile team environment.
- Regional Support: Support other infrastructure projects within the region, including Austria.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders onsite and remote. Provide update reports.
- User Training: Provide one-on-one training sessions for onsite users to support their IT needs.
- Desktop Upgrades: Upgrade desktop workstations to Windows 11.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems.
- Desktop Support: day to day IT support of service reqeusts for onsite associates.
- Security Management: Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Innovation: Identify and introduce innovative solutions to improve IT infrastructure and processes.
- Statement of Works: Create statements of work to have engineers onsite to complete necessary tasks.
Profil
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking, and desktop support.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience working with third-party contractors.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the EU and UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IT systems and documentation.
- Security Awareness: Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices to protect company data and systems.
