ELA Container, based in Haren (Ems), seeks an Onsite Marketing Manager to drive our content across websites and future online shops. You will manage CMS relaunches, collaborate with ecommerce and software teams, and support international site launches.

You bring a commercial background, online marketing experience, and strong German/English skills. The role offers flexible hours, a permanent contract, and opportunities for personal development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or equivalent not required if apprenticeship or study path completed in e-commerce/online marketing
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Payload or similar
• Strong writing, editing and project coordination abilities

Your Future Role

• Content management for ELA Container websites and future online shops nationally and internationally
• Implementation and organisation of a CMS relaunch (content, workflows, web tracking) in close cooperation with the e-commerce and software development team for all defined front ends and subsequent ongoing optimization
• Support for the launch of further international websites and online shops for ELA Container
• Takeover and independent implementation of online and onsite marketing projects nationally and internationally
• Creation, refinement, and testing of feature and bug tickets
• Support in setting up further online marketing channels, e.g., marketplaces

What You Bring to the Team

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in e-commerce or as an industrial clerk (m/f/x)), a dual study programme or a university degree specialising in e-commerce, online marketing or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in online or onsite marketing, particularly in dealing with content management systems(e.g. Payload would be an advantage)
• Experience in using common AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Good understanding of the interaction of online marketing channels
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and very good problem-solving abilities
• High sense of responsibility and a proactive, independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English
