What to expect?
As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, we aim to deliver an enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. To support our growth, we are seeking Onsite IT Support Technicians (m/f/d) at various client locations across Germany (Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Eschborn, Gerlingen, München, Hamburg, Markdorf, Ratingen, St Ingbert, St Leon Rot, Walldorf).

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of various IT systems, inspecting and prioritizing tasks to meet high standards
  • Provide effective solutions for software and hardware issues
  • Respond to user inquiries and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Record technical issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System, updating knowledge articles regularly
  • Support end users through training and education

What do we expect?

  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticket handling
  • Assistance with software deployment and troubleshooting (standard & non-standard)
  • Support for Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Support for end user IT devices and software
  • Experience with hardware peripherals (monitors, label printers, etc.)
  • Basic hardware support (RAM upgrades, keyboard replacement, SSD installation)
  • Smart Hands experience supporting printers, scanners, servers, and storage
  • Support for meeting room AV equipment and network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
  • Asset and knowledge management, site operations documentation
  • Stock management of IT equipment
  • End user training and education
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations
  • Strong commitment to quality service and interpersonal skills
