Job Description

As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, we aim to deliver an enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. To support our growth, we are seeking Onsite IT Support Technicians (m/f/d) at various client locations across Germany (Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Eschborn, Gerlingen, München, Hamburg, Markdorf, Ratingen, St Ingbert, St Leon Rot, Walldorf).


Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of various IT systems, inspecting and prioritizing tasks to meet high standards.
  2. Provide effective solutions for software and hardware issues.
  3. Respond to user inquiries and guide users through simple, step-by-step instructions.
  4. Record technical issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System, updating knowledge articles regularly.
  5. Support end users through training and educational sessions.

What do we expect?

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience handling ServiceNow tickets.
  • Assistance with software deployment and troubleshooting (standard & non-standard).
  • Support for Microsoft Windows, Apple operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Guidance on IT devices and software for end users.
  • Experience with hardware peripherals like monitors, label printers, etc.
  • Basic hardware support skills for desktops and laptops, such as RAM upgrades, keyboard replacements, SSD replacements.
  • Smart Hands support experience, including printers, scanners, servers, and storage.
  • Support for meeting room AV equipment, network cabling, and network hardware.
  • Document management skills, including asset and knowledge management.
  • Stock management of IT equipment.
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations.
  • Strong commitment to quality service and good interpersonal skills.
