Role Overview :

This role involves partnering with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets as well as contribute to a larger onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
• Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.
• Responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements :

• BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• Fluent in German and a high level of English.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
• A team player capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
