We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Onsite IT Support Specialist (m / f / d) to manage local IT infrastructure and assist users and executives directly.

This position is primarily onsite, with limited mobile work flexibility. It suits individuals who excel in hands-on, in-person support.

What you can look forward to :

• Providing support for IT hardware including network switches, access points, media systems, visitor registration, CCTV, and end-user devices
• Offering first-line support and guidance, ensuring proper ticketing and prioritization
• Serving as the primary contact for high-priority issues, especially for Executive users
• Maintaining accurate records, network diagrams, and procedural documentation
• Contributing to knowledge management by reviewing and approving documentation
• Supporting onboarding of new vendors and applications into IT workflows
• Collaborating to review incidents, identify root causes, and promote improvements
• Managing the IT service catalog and service agreements

Your profile :

• Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure monitoring, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, asset and knowledge management systems, and MS tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with global teams and external providers
• Commercial experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in English and German
