Your tasks as a Personnel Dispatcher in the Onsite environment:
Employee support:
  • Hiring candidates
  • Creating contracts, references, personnel files, etc.
  • Conducting feedback discussions with employees
  • Handling vacation requests and sick leave
  • Conducting warning and termination meetings
  • Preparing payroll
Customer management:
  • Existing customer support
  • Generating additional business with clients
  • Close coordination with clients on personnel planning
What you bring to the position of Onsite Consultant:
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training or studies
  • Experience in personnel services is an advantage, in recruiting or sales, but lateral entry is also possible
Charisma:
  • Convincing and confident demeanor, with strong communication and negotiation skills
Service orientation:
  • High customer focus and service orientation
Language skills:
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least B1) are required.
  • Communication with employees on site and with clients primarily in English.
Mobility:
  • Driver’s license for field activities
