Role Overview

As an Online Talent Scout, you will be pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top‑tier candidates for diverse industries. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to the global talent pool.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, social networks, job boards, and other digital tools to identify and attract qualified candidates across various industries and job roles.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles based on client requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates by building strong professional relationships and engaging with passive talent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, hiring managers, and client organizations to understand their unique needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about talent acquisition trends, industry shifts, and emerging recruitment tools to gain a competitive edge in scouting the best candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate virtual interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
