Position Overview

As an Online Operations Reporting Analyst, you will be key in optimizing our digital operations through comprehensive data analysis and reporting. This remote position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. Your role will involve gathering, interpreting, and presenting data related to our online operations to support strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from online platforms and operational systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize online operations. Monitor and report on the performance of online campaigns, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through rigorous validation and quality checks. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues promptly. Implement best data management and reporting practices to enhance data quality and integrity.
• Tool and System Management: Utilize various analytical tools and software to perform data analysis and reporting tasks. Maintain and update reporting systems and dashboards to reflect business needs and priorities. Stay current with emerging technologies and tools relevant to data analysis and reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related matters.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within reporting and data management practices. Propose and implement enhancements to reporting processes and systems. Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis methodologies and reporting techniques.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within an online operations context.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
