Online Marketing Manager - DACH (f/m/d)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own all online marketing touchpoints and lead related activities — from social channels to brand website, you oversee our channels, monitor performance, and report on impact.

• Develop creative strategies and content plans for our social channels — mainly IG and TikTok. You come up with fresh creative formats and bring content ideas to life.

• Manage content production end-to-end — from project management to creating your own assets using tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, figma, etc.

• Manage our Influencer & Community management, support creator collaborations with the help of our Influencer & Community Management working student.

• Run and steer paid social ad campaigns — ideally hands-on, or in collaboration with a freelancer in the area.

• Plan, create and send out newsletters and take care of website content updates.

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE...

• 5+ years of relevant experience in online or social media marketing.

• A strong creative eye, writing skills and a feel for what works on social.

• Experience managing content production and a hands-on attitude when it comes to tools like Canva or CapCut.

• Experience in influencer marketing and/or community management.

• A structured approach to planning and reporting, with a knack for keeping an overview at all times.

• Knowledge of paid social — either directly running ads or confidently briefing and managing freelancers.

• Multi-language skills: Native in German and high confidence in English.
