We are looking for motivated and passionate self-starters who are ready to progress to the next level, with an interest in Leadership, Personal Development, and/or Coaching.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your business with flexible working hours, based on full or part-time commitment, working from anywhere.
  • Generate leads via social media (training provided).
  • Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage contact points (training and scripts provided).
  • Support and coach new business owners to ensure their success.
  • Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
  • Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom.
  • Engage regularly with our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product.'
  • Attend training calls for personal growth.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience, either in a corporate environment or self-employed.
  • Familiarity with basic functionalities of social media applications (e.g., Facebook, Xing, LinkedIn).
  • Good communication skills.
  • A passion for growth and lifelong learning.
  • Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable, and organized.
  • Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
