Our client, a fast-scaling leader in the digital automotive wholesale industry, is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their EU Services & Operations team. If you're experienced in leading B2B onboarding journeys and thrive in operationally complex environments, this role offers you a high-impact opportunity in a tech-driven space.

Your Mission

As Onboarding Specialist, you’ll lead new customers from post-sale to go-live, ensuring a seamless transition and driving early success. You'll work across systems and teams to configure accounts, support integrations, and train users on how to navigate the platform efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding
  • Customize onboarding flows based on customer type ( dealers, fleet operators)
  • Deliver remote or in-person training to buyers, sellers, and operational teams
  • Coordinate integrations with CRMs, inventory or pricing systems
  • Lead timeline and milestone management : first listing, first sale, etc.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and drive customer accountability
  • Troubleshoot blockers such as data issues, user access, or misalignment
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success team
  • Identify recurring issues to improve the onboarding process

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or business degree
  • 2–4 years in onboarding, implementation, or client services (preferably B2B)
  • Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and project coordination skills
  • Confident with customer communication, even under pressure
  • Experience with CRM / workflow tools (, Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Familiarity with the automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English or German ; and at least one additional European language , such as French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, or Dutch
