Jobbeschreibung

As an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator , your role is essential in delivering an exceptional client experience through efficient order processing and stock management. You will be responsible for the accurate preparation and dispatch of online orders from the boutique, ensuring all operations align with internal quality standards and timelines.

You will also oversee stockroom organization, participate in deliveries and stock movements, support inventory counts and audits, and assist in product preparation ahead of seasonal launches.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Processing omnichannel orders according to internal guidelines (picking, packing, shipping)
• Coordinating with e-commerce, retail, and client service teams to ensure seamless order flow
• Managing packaging and order-related materials stock levels
• Organizing the stockroom by collection, category, and size, in alignment with brand standards
• Supporting all deliveries, transfers, consolidations, and recalls
• Participating in stocktakes and investigating discrepancies
• Upholding visual presentation and product preparation standards (steaming, tagging, etc.)
• Contributing to stock loss prevention by adhering to security protocols
• Supporting new team members in stock and omnichannel procedures

This is a back-of-house position requiring operational precision, clear communication, and a deep understanding of omnichannel retail environments.
