Omnichannel Manager*in – Data & Analytics (m/w/d)

Role: Omnichannel Manager*in – Data & Analytics (m/w/d)

In this role, you will actively support the digital transformation and implementation of the omnichannel strategy at GSK Germany. You will develop data-driven solutions to maximize the effectiveness of our omnichannel initiatives, working at the intersection of Data Science, Business, and Global Strategy, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python to support data-driven decision-making.
  2. Prepare, clean, and engineer features from data using tools like SQL and Python for high-quality modeling.
  3. Train and evaluate machine learning models focusing on performance, scalability, and business impact.
  4. Analyze complex datasets (e.g., customer interactions, campaign results) to derive insights for omnichannel strategy development.
  5. Collaborate with local and global teams to implement data-based solutions aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  6. Communicate project progress, challenges, and results to internal stakeholders and business partners, from tech teams to management.
  7. Participate in innovation projects, such as advanced analytics use cases to identify customer needs or next-best actions.
  8. Monitor current technological trends and assess their relevance for GSK's digital development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, sciences, or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of Python for developing data science and machine learning solutions.
  3. Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  4. Proven experience in executing data-driven projects, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  5. Strong analytical skills, statistical analysis, and data visualization experience.
  6. Fluent German and English language skills for collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience working with agile methodologies and in cross-functional teams.
  2. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  3. Experience in a matrix organization or similarly complex corporate structure.
