Jobbeschreibung

Offshore based operations on our SOV for the Offshore Wind Farm Deutsche Bucht, consisting of x V wind turbines. You will work as an integrated team member in our Service team. Temporarily traveling to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, education, and experience sharing is a vital part of the position.

Your main tasks :

1. Picking, issuing, and receiving materials and spare parts to and from technician teams
2. Communicating and coordinating with the Service organization and teams for supply of tools, spare parts, and equipment
3. Maintaining stock in the SAP ERP system
4. Ensuring proper material postings and conducting inventories
5. Maintaining order and cleanliness, and ensuring work safety requirements are met
6. Coordinating the transport of goods and customs clearance during port calls
7. Managing PPE, hoists, testing tools, and devices requiring periodic testing or calibration
8. Acting as the appointed person for calibration on site
9. Requesting offers for local purchases and creating purchase orders
10. Proper disposal and waste handling on the vessel and during port offloading
11. Coordinating ad-hoc spare parts deliveries to the Wind farm
12. Supporting service site management with organizational tasks

Your qualifications :

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics
• Warehouse experience in the Wind Industry is beneficial
• Full driving license
• Experience with customs clearance/declaration is beneficial
• Computer skills: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP (SAP)
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong office and site management skills
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Adherence to local laws and regulations
• Offshore fitness
