Qualifikationen

• Eine Ausbildung oder ein Abschluss in Lagerverwaltung oder Logistik wird erwartet.
• Lagererfahrung in der Windindustrie ist von Vorteil.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Jobbeschreibung

Offshore based operations on our SOV for the Offshore Wind Farm Deutsche Bucht, consisting of X V wind turbines. You will work as an integrated team member in our Service team. Temporarily traveling to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, education, and experience sharing is a vital part of the position.

• Picking, issuing, and receiving materials and spare parts to and from technician teams
• Ongoing communication and coordination with the Service organization and supply teams for tools, spare parts, and equipment
• Maintenance of stocks in the SAP ERP system
• Ensuring accurate material postings and conducting inventories
• Maintaining order and cleanliness, and ensuring work safety requirements are met
• Coordinating the transport of goods and customs clearance during port calls
• Managing PPE, hoists, testing tools, and other devices requiring periodic testing or calibration
• Acting as the appointed person for calibration on site
• Requesting offers for local purchases and creating purchase orders
• Proper disposal and waste handling on the vessel and during port offloading
• Coordinating ad-hoc spare parts deliveries to the Wind farm
• Supporting service site management with organizational tasks
• Having an apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics
• Warehouse experience in the Wind Industry is beneficial
• Holding a full driving license
• Experience with customs clearance/declaration is beneficial
• Computer skills: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP (SAP)
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong office and site management skills
• Adherence to local laws and regulations
• Offshore fitness is required
