Jobbeschreibung

Offshore based operations on our SOV for the Offshore Wind Farm Deutsche Bucht, consisting of multiple V wind turbines. You will work as an integrated team member within our Service team. Temporarily, travel to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, education, and experience sharing is a vital part of the position.

Your main tasks :

• Picking, issuing, and receiving materials and spare parts for technicians
• Communicating and coordinating with the Service organization and teams regarding tools, spare parts, and equipment supply
• Maintaining stock records in the SAP ERP system
• Managing material postings and conducting inventories
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety requirements
• Coordinating transport, customs clearance during port calls
• Managing PPE, hoists, testing tools, and calibration devices
• Acting as the appointed person for calibration on site
• Requesting offers for local purchases and creating purchase orders
• Disposing of waste properly on the vessel and in port
• Coordinating ad-hoc spare parts deliveries to the Wind farm
• Supporting service site management with organizational tasks

Your qualifications :

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics
• Warehouse experience in the Wind Industry is beneficial
• Full driving license
• Experience with customs clearance/declaration is beneficial
• Computer skills: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP (SAP)
• Good English communication skills
• Office and site management skills
• Good time management and planning skills
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
• Offshore fitness
