Swire Renewable Energy is seeking an Offshore Service Supervisor for an Eemshaven-based offshore wind project. You will lead offshore inspection, maintenance and service activities, coordinating teams, tools and materials to deliver safe, compliant operations in German Waters and nearby projects.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in wind energy, strong leadership and English proficiency, and will involve long-term deployment with B2B collaboration and travel as needed.

Offshore Service Supervisor – Offshore Wind (SOV)

We are looking for experienced Service Supervisors to lead and coordinate offshore inspection, maintenance and service activities on a long-term offshore wind project starting in January 2027. Candidates must have previous experience in a supervisory position within the wind energy industry. Offshore supervisory experience is preferred, but relevant onshore supervisory experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inspection, maintenance and repair activities.

• Lead offshore service teams and allocate tasks according to operational priorities.

• Ensure that all activities are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.

• Coordinate personnel, tools, equipment and materials required for daily operations.

• Monitor work progress and ensure that inspection and maintenance documentation is completed.

• Conduct toolbox talks and support risk assessments and safe working practices.
