Our mission is to preserve the environment through sustainable energy solutions. This role will support our HSE Department in Germany for Service Offshore on a 14/14 basis offshore primarily.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide HSE support to site/facility/project management throughout the Planning, Preparation, and Execution stages of offshore Service projects.
  2. Prepare and conduct Toolbox Talks, internal and external HSE inspections, and meetings. Report incidents and assist the project and management team in handling these incidents, implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  3. Collect, validate, report, and respond to HSE data.
  4. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation across multiple countries and review/revise documents supporting the HSE Management System.
  5. Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders on HSE matters.
  6. Advise local management on HSE issues and review the company's Safe Systems of Work to promote improvements.

Qualifications

  1. HSE background with interest in offshore wind industry.
  2. Relevant education such as FASI, SchuSIKO (DE), NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent; experience in a similar offshore wind/energy HSE role.
  3. Experience with HSE policies and processes.
  4. Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems.
  5. Knowledge of Risk Assessment, chemical handling, and control processes.
  6. Experience with systematic incident investigations.
  7. Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
  8. Structured, trustworthy, transparent, and responsible work approach.
  9. Motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  10. Calmness in emergencies and stressful situations.
  11. Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and courses.
