Responsibilities

• As the HSE Coordinator (m/f/d), you will provide HSE support to site/facility/projectmanagement throughout the Planning, Preparation and Execution stages of projects inService Offshore
• You will prepare and carry out Toolbox Talks, internal and external HSE inspections, andmeetings
• It will also be your responsibility to report incidents and support the project andmanagement team in handling these incidents and taking the necessary corrective/preventive actions
• Collect, validate, report, and respond to HSE data
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation across projects in multiple countries and review andrevise documents in support of the HSE Management System
• Ensure close collaboration with our customers and other stakeholders on HSE matters
• Support and advise local management on HSE matter and continuously review thecompany's Safe Systems of Work to deliver improvement

Qualifications

• You have an HSE profile and are interested in joining the offshore wind industry
• Hold relevant education within HSE (i.e, FASI, SchuSIKO (DE), NEBOSH General Certificateor other Safety international equivalent)
• Have experience from a similar HSE role within wind power/energy in maritime/offshoreenvironment
• Have experience with HSE policies and processes
• Have good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quicklyunderstand new systems
• Have knowledge of Risk Assessment practices, chemical handling, and the implementationof appropriate control processes
• Have knowledge of systematic incident investigations
• Good communication and facilitation skills towards all relevant local stakeholders
• Structured work style with a HSE Role Model (behavior/talk)
• Trustworthy and transparent with the ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks
• Motivated collaborator
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
• Ability to keep calm in emergency and other stressful situations
• Preparedness and ability to learn on the job and in training courses if and when required
