About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Office & People Experience Partner (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to support day-to-day office and management activities.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring smooth office operations and ensuring employees have a great employee experience, and also get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.
Join our portfolio company: A German hardware company focused on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge microchips. The transformative startup offers energy-efficient and high-performance components for multiple industries.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage company events calendar
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a great employee experience
- Oversee office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient
- Coordinate company lunches and other office events to foster team cohesion and morale
- Act as a point of contact (POC) for building management, handling any issues or communications related to office facilities
- Set up initiatives that boost employee engagement
Your Profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle professional interactions with discretion
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with calendar management tools
- Ability to coordinate and manage events, including company lunches and office gatherings
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and logistics for senior executives
- Upbeat and go-getter attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage office facilities and serve as a point of contact for internals and externals
- Fluent English required, German is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
