We are currently looking for an office and operations manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for people who want to contribute, think creatively and, at the same time, ensure that the fundamentals are reliably maintained. This is not just a buzzword job, but a real opportunity to help build structures, shape processes and professionalise a company from the inside out.

Tasks

People & Team Support

  • Organize the administrative multiverse of our startup and teams.
  • Support our management and operational team by structuring workflows and internal processes, leading internal projects and events.
  • Organisation of onboarding in close coordination with the HR department and team leaders.
  • Providing support in setting up simple technical infrastructure (telephony, online meeting tools and workplace structure).
  • Responsibility for preparatory accounting, including document entry, allocation and handover to tax consultants, especially for our R&D team.
  • Travel management, contract management and courier and collection services.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in office management, executive support, project management and in interdisciplinary, international teams.
  • Initiative and high organisational skills as well as a structured, proactive approach.
  • Experience with tools like M365, project management and communication tools as well as a basic technical understanding of administrative infrastructure.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Experience with preparatory accounting and structured document entry is a plus.
