Qualifikationen

As our Office Manager, you are the organizational backbone of our company. With your eye for quality, you ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. You create a workplace experience that fosters our culture and employee engagement, while also planning and organizing our company events that bring the team together and enhance motivation.

Your Mission:

  • Workplace Organization: With an eye for details, you oversee the office space and ensure that it's well maintained, organized and safe.
  • Contact point & Communication: You manage the relationships with our vendors, cleaning service, property management and more. You are the first point of contact for our employees in terms of office related topics.
  • Events & Organisation: You support our in-house meetings, plan and execute our company events (offsite and onsite) and take care of a continuous improvement of our office space.
  • Procurement & Equipment: You ensure that the everyday-life in the office feels welcoming and productive. You take care of all office orders and have an overview of the equipment and its condition.

Who you are:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in workplace/office management, hotel/catering and/or professional service or any other related field.
  • You are a reliable and thorough person who is ready for responsibility and resonates with our belief that “people are the heart of our company”.
  • You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and have the ability to work as part of a small and close-knit team.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
