You will manage our front and back office at all times in a confident and competent manner.
Through careful on-site management of the reception area, you ensure hospitality and smooth support for visitors, employees, and customers.
You act as a liaison between us and the property owners.
You manage office supplies, consumables, and the necessary equipment for the reception and back office.
You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as managing and issuing company items.
You are responsible for the selection, commissioning, and coordination of service providers.
You contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal departmental process standards and documentation, while maintaining a high level of quality.
You will support the planning and execution of events with internal and external guests.
You have completed vocational training in the commercial field.
You possess strong organizational skills and a structured, self-reliant approach.
You have a hands-on mentality and want to further expand your local network.
Your strengths include communication skills, service orientation, conscientiousness, and a sense of responsibility.
You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
