About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Office Manager (m / f / d) to take the lead of our entity in Bochum (on-site).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure productivity, meeting deadlines and company standards.
  • Manage office supplies, and order stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
  • Organize maintenance services to keep the office clean, safe, and appliances in good working order.
  • Answer calls and emails from customers and clients, directing them to relevant staff.
  • Create and manage office budgets, ensuring adherence by all employees, including managing price lists for products and services.
  • Interview, train new office employees, and organize their employment paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical training sessions for customers and staff.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups, including monthly sales reports.
Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:
  • Proven experience as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

Preferred but not required:
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and marketing tools.
