As an Office Manager / EHS Coordinator (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in Mannheim, you will take on a key role in office operations and administration. You will manage day-to-day office activities, coordinate meetings and travel, ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment, and support the implementation of ESG and EHS related initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and report directly to the Europe Facility & EHS Manager. Your contribution will help ensure a productive and positive work environment for all employees.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing and managing the office in Mannheim, while also supporting the Bad Urach team when needed.
  • Responsible for coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing office supply inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls and messages, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Supporting office expansion projects and actively contributing to the implementation of ESG and EHS initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing parking allocations, business cards, and office infrastructure-related tasks reliably.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
  • Brings at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an international environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and confident in applying them in daily operations.
  • Familiar with working in SAP, Jira, and Confluence, supporting efficiency in a global context.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
  • Background in facility management and understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and EHS topics is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
