In This Role, You Will

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our team. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Ensure the office runs efficiently and complies with all legal requirements (e.g., safety checks) while supporting employee wellbeing
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all company assets, ensuring an end-to-end invoice-to-inventory process
  • Plan, organize and execute company events, including:
    • Customer and visitor events
    • Internal team events and external company functions
  • Manage daily business correspondence independently and professionally
  • Coordinate facility management and liaise with relevant service providers
  • Support travel inquiries and bookings ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our global workforce.
  • Order and manage office supplies and work materials
We Would Like You To Have

  • Completed education or training in a commercial or administrative field
  • Proven experience in office administration or executive assistance
  • Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health & workplace safety is a plus
  • Confident use of MS Office tools
  • Willingness to identify and implement improvement opportunities, e.g. digitalization or automation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, adaptable and eager to learn
  • Open to working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
