• You are the heart of our Berlin location: you make sure that everything runs smoothly – from organization, mail processing, and meeting room management to creating a feel-good atmosphere.

• Thinking ahead: You find solutions for every challenge, pitch in where you are needed, and help us to improve every day.

• More than just administration: Contribute your ideas and support the further development of our Active Balance Program and various projects with your colleagues from marketing, finance, etc.

• Completed training, ideally in the service or tourism sector.

• Friendliness, proactive mindset, solution-oriented & efficient way of working, motivation to contribute ideas and improve things, flexibility.
