Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Duties:
    • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure productivity, deadlines, and standards are met.
    • Manage office supplies and order necessary items.
    • Organize maintenance for office cleanliness and safety.
    • Handle customer and client communications via calls and emails.
    • Create and manage office budgets, ensuring adherence.
    • Interview, train, and organize employment paperwork for new staff.
  2. Marketing Activities:
    • Develop and maintain product and service price lists.
    • Coordinate technical training sessions for staff and customers.
    • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
    • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
    • Support sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
