What it's about

We are looking for an Office Manager for our Munich office at Lenbachplatz. The Office Manager coordinates suppliers, ensures our office remains well-maintained, welcomes visitors warmly, and maintains effective coordination with the global Partners Group network.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Point-person for office space planning, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and invoice processing
  • Manage relationships with external and internal vendors (such as IT), service providers, and office landlord
  • Responsible for staffing our reception, welcoming visitors, hosting internal events, and maintaining office presence during agreed hours
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and adequate insurance coverage
  • Organize office operations, manage office equipment, and oversee adherence to applicable legislation including health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, etc.
  • Demonstrate passion for making our office a welcoming environment for employees
  • Manage budget for internal office events and coordinate their organization
  • Act as health & safety officer to ensure a safe office environment in line with applicable protocols and requirements
  • Serve as main contact person for management, employees, and visitors at our Munich office
