Job Summary/Basic Functions
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager in our Biological Sciences department! The position serves a vital role in the operation of the Science Departments. The responsibilities include serving as a receptionist for the building; ordering supplies and equipment using Banner and eVA; tracking and reconciling financial records for approximately 32 accounts; and typing course materials, letters, reports, confidential material, etc. and maintaining departmental files.
