About the team

You will join the People Team, who is overlooking all People and Culture related aspects of a global and vibrant company, from Recruiting to Development, to Strategy and Business Partnering.
Our Team is very lean and productive, we love taking care of our people, ensuring support and care with a customer-centric and efficient mindset.


Your Mission

  • Maintain inventory and supply levels (food, drinks, office supplies and equipment)

  • Maintain office efficiency by improving office processes & systems (phones, locker, desks)

  • Prepare for and welcome our guests such as visitors or candidates

  • Support with internal events in the Berlin HQ

  • Assistance to Management with special tasks & projects

  • Be the go-to-person regarding all event related topics within the team (tickets for attending events, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, giveaways, etc.)

  • Coordinate event logistics and work with multiple stakeholders internally (e.g., Sales, Office Management, Marketing) and externally (e.g., vendors, partners)

  • Take care of office compliance and coordinating with our external vendors/partners and collaborators to ensure our space is safe and comfortable

  • Support IT with onboarding and offboarding by shipping equipment to other offices


Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Office or Event Management in an international environment

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize and react flexibly to changes

  • Motivation to work in a result-driven environment with a lot of responsibility as well as a high-level ownership

  • Strong sense of loyalty, ethics, confidentiality, and responsibility

  • Ability to constantly question existing workflows and processes by suggesting and executing improvements

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets and Docs

  • Excellent communication skills & outgoing personality

  • Proficiency in English as well as in German. We are an international team, but you also have to deal with German service providers and authorities
