Essential Functions :

  • Front office management - reception of calls and guests service providers customers in the office.
  • Receiving and sending parcels and correspondence.
  • Material order management and tracking for the different departments.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate and supervise the cleaning of the office.
  • Support to the HR department during onboarding offboarding absence management and others.
  • Remote offices support (Jena Freiburg Budapest material mgmt.) in the above mentioned areas

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

  • Previous professional experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent communication analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Great organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and prioritize varied workload.
  • Self-motivated proactive creative and energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent German and English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience in a customer facing role
