Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at providing better Smart Energy solutions to our customers.

The individual should be self-driven, responsible, a quick learner, and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we’d love to meet you.

In this role you will:
  1. Responsible for the company's daily administrative management, office business reception, incoming mail, visitors, etc.
  2. Responsible for office management, including office leasing, related contracts, insurance, property, etc.
  3. Fixed asset maintenance and management. Office supplies procurement and management.
  4. Company vehicle leasing and management.
  5. Related contract and document management, related invoice review and payment application.
  6. Staff travel and business trip booking management and related event management (customer events, internal events, etc.)
  7. Assist the human resources department in handling recruitment, employee relationship management, and other related matters;
  8. Maintain good relationships with government departments and other external organizations, handle related matters and emergencies;
We are looking for:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. 2 years or more experience in an administrative position, multinational company experience is a plus
  3. Fluent in Chinese and German, English as a working language
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, familiar with the German cultural environment, able to effectively communicate between Chinese and German cultures
  5. Good team spirit; high work efficiency, strong sense of responsibility
