This role is office based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany . This role is a permanent part-time position - 27.5 hours per week.

The Office Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support at the Mörfelden office, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To provide administration support to management and employees at the Mörfelden location, including co-ordination and support of day-to-day on-site Facilities duties.
  • Support the Managing Director and Area Business Director in managing the local office.
  • Assist the Human Resources and Finance functions with local accounting, expenses and payroll requirements (as and when appropriate).
  • Deputise for and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Assistant.
  • Taking ownership in achieving a professional and compliant organisation, adhering to local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely invoice files and expense reports.
  • Adequate record keeping of financial transactions..

Knowledge Required :

  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) in a general office administration environment.
  • Good standard in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
