Job Opportunity: OEM Sales Engineer

We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer who will leverage application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA region, while achieving company-wide strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all OEM sales activities within the assigned territory for the OI Andor portfolio.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential OEM customers throughout the sales process.
  3. Collaborate with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop territory action plans.
  4. Partner with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products (e.g., spectroscopy, confocal microscopy).
  • Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
Additional Details

This is a permanent, remote position ideally based in Germany. We also consider applicants located in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
