OEM Sales Director | Based in DACH region | Remote | €130-140k base + OTE

Edison Smart is representing a global leader in providing secure, reliable wireless connectivity solutions for enterprise, industrial, and medical applications. They are looking for a Sales Director based in the DACH region to drive sales and support the sales team across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities :
  1. Identify, develop, and close new OEM opportunities in Wi-Fi hardware and software solutions.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
  3. Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders in target accounts.
  4. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the EMEA region.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product strategy and technical roadmaps.
  6. Deliver accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market insights to senior leadership.
Skill Set :
  1. Strong background in OEM technology sales, particularly involving Wi-Fi connectivity products.
  2. Proven hunter mindset with a track record of generating new business.
  3. Deep understanding of the B2B / OEM sales process and long-cycle technical solution selling.
  4. Fluent in German and English.
  5. Based in the DACH region with willingness to travel.
