Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the development and profitable growth of your accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure our offers meet the expectations and requirements of Volvo & Commercial Vehicle accounts, maintaining competitiveness and full compliance.
- Business Acquisition: Lead the negotiation process with customers, building compelling offers to secure business acquisitions.
- Commercial Objectives: Achieve set commercial objectives from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to EOP (End of Production), including growth, turnover, market share, order intake, price management, and project and plant profitability.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare the annual budget, manage and report on the selling price index, and maintain the order intake target list.
- Market Share Development: Propose and implement regional sales strategies to expand our market share with your customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve commercial objectives and drive profitability.
- Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, German, and/or French.
