The Business Development Manager OEM Dye Business builds and maintains relationships with OEMs, identifies new business opportunities, and integrates our fluorescent dyes into their products. You will stay informed on industry trends, meet sales targets, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Product Management LSAS and is fully remote in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet company goals.
• Identify and pursue new OEM and partner opportunities; negotiate contracts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct market research and participate in industry events to expand our network.
• Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams to develop sales strategies and increase market share.
• Monitor sales performance, report to management, and develop activities to exceed targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
• Extensive experience in biochemical markets or related fields, preferably in fluorescent dyes.
• Proven success in business development or sales, with strategic planning skills.
• Experience working with OEMs, understanding product integration into systems.
• Fluency in English and German.

Travel & Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time, mainly in Europe and the US.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Experience:

• OEM sales or business development in organic fluorescent dyes.
• Knowledge of how fluorescence dyes are used and integrated into products.
