For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for an Ocean Operation Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

1. Documentation and analysis of files relating to the transport of goods
2. Provision of customer service and support in this
3. Technical support for processes such as quotation and invoicing as well as document tracking
4. Review and holistic processing of sea freight documents and maintenance of the database
5. Monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and laws.
6. Development of solutions and recommendations in the operational business of sea freight

THAT’S WHAT WE WANT

1. Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk.
2. You have already gained experience in sea freight
3. You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
4. You have strong communication skills as well as initiative and the ability to work in a team
5. You are confident in using MS-Office & Co
