We need your support at our Heidelberg location! Join us as a Facility Manager (w/m/d) in full-time for our cleaning & service division.

Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact | Ensure the quality and quantity of staff, staff scheduling, time recording, and proper documentation. Active customer service and consulting are also part of your tasks.
• Be a leader | Lead your team according to our leadership culture and ensure internal training measures.
• Be cooperative | Collaborate closely with specialist departments and participate in regional and supra-regional facility manager meetings.
• Take responsibility | For technical and organizational operations of the facility. Conduct cleaning inspections considering the service specifications and create room books/service agreements.
• Be a coordinator | Ensure technical equipment and cleaning supplies are available.

Profile:

• Completed training | as a building cleaner and/or disinfectant (w/m/d) with several years of professional experience; preferably with leadership experience
• Good German skills | in spoken and written form
• Organizational skills | and the ability to coordinate and manage processes efficiently
• Personal strengths | Communication skills, high sense of responsibility, reliability, and accuracy
