Job summary

International SOS seeks a clinical liaison nurse to bridge local hospital care with international medical teams in Regensburg, focusing on quality, continuity, and patient-centred care.

You will monitor inpatient care, ensure safety, produce English medical reports, support discharge planning, and help patients navigate the German system with bilingual German/English communication. Engage with providers to uphold high clinical standards and support international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured, accountable, and able to work independently
• Confident with digital systems and documentation
• Active registration to practice in Germany
• Minimum 3 years' bedside experience in a hospital
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
