Job summary

Rectrade ProSkill Connect is seeking a Home Care Nurse to join our client’s Berlin-based team. You will provide compassionate medical and personal care to patients in their homes, supporting daily activities and medication management.

We welcome qualified German and international nurses with a Pflegefachkraft qualification or equivalent. Candidates should have B2+ German, be able to work independently, and hold a valid driver’s license for home visits.

Qualifications

• Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or equivalent qualification in Home Care Nursing.
• Foreign-trained nurses: Willingness to complete the qualification recognition process (Anerkennung) if required.
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) language support available for international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support for elderly, disabled, and chronically ill patients in their homes.
• Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer medications, wound care, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions and report any changes to doctors or caregivers.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring their well-being.
• Educate families on home care techniques, hygiene, and medication management.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and follow healthcare regulations.
