Das Diakonische Werk Wolfsburg gemeinnützige GmbH sucht ab sofort eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) zur ganzheitlichen, residentenorientierten Versorgung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege in Wolfsburg.

Die Stelle bietet 38,5 Stunden pro Woche (5,5 Tage), flexible Schichtmodelle, Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, eine attraktive Vergütung von 3.434,03 € brutto monatlich für Berufseinsteigerinnen, sowie Unterstützung beim Anerkennungsverfahren

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation).
• Erfahrung in der geriatrischen Pflege vorteilhaft.
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1/B2).

• Ganzheitliche pflegerische Versorgung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.
• Behandlung, Grundpflege und Mobilisierung unterstützen.
• Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung nach SGB XI.

Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Registered nurse (f/m/d). The position offers full-time or part-time employment with 38.5 hours / 5.5 days per week. Salary for examined nurses in full time employment amounts to €3,434.03 for career entrants, with a gradual increase depending on the number of years of experience plus an additional retirement provision in form of a supplementary benefit and further extra pay, for example shift premium.

Job responsibilities

• professional organisation of the resident-oriented, holistic, activating care and support of the residents in your living area
• inpatient or outpatient care
• nursing care in the form of basic care (food intake, personal hygiene, support of mobility etc.)
• maintain the nursing quality according to § 113 respectively § 75 SGB XI
• maintain the care documentation
• Implementation of our corporate philosophy and nursing care mission statement
• observing the care budget limitations
• constructive support of superiors

Your profile

• a completed education/ expert knowledge in nursing. Work experience would be preferable (experience in geriatric care would be an advantage)
• a completed German language certificate at least at level B1, preferred B2
• willingness for constructive and co-operative cooperation in a multi-disciplinary team
• professional and social skills, ability to handle conflicts
• single-mindedness, motivation, flexibility
• an open minded attitude towards new concepts and structural changes
• creativeness and innovative capability
