As the Nucleic Acid Workflow Development Leader (d/f/m), you will be the trusted advisor our customers rely on—from pre-clinical research to commercialization. You will bring deep workflow expertise to optimize processes for xRNAs and oligonucleotides, helping our customers achieve their goals faster and more efficiently.

This position reports to the EMEA Nucleic Acid Workflow Manager (d/f/m) and is part of the Genomic Medicine Sales Team based in Europe. The role is remote, covering the DACH region and Eastern Europe.

What you will do:

• Champion the customer: Understand their needs, challenges, and goals; deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Lead with insight: Use your expertise to identify opportunities, guide strategy, and help customers transition from research to clinical and commercial success.
• Participate in conferences, technical seminars, and local customer events/visits.
• Drive results: Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Field Application Specialists to meet business targets and promote Cytiva’s technologies.
• Be the voice of the customer: Share market insights and feedback with product management, R&D, and marketing to shape Cytiva’s offerings and increase value.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Several years of business development or commercial experience in advanced therapies or biotechnology
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving and creating value
• Proven ability to drive cross-selling, value positioning, lead generation, and manage the sales funnel using SFDC and databases like Global Data
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record, and Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international and overnight trips within the territory
• Must have a valid driver’s license
