Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Notarkanzlei, vorzugsweise im Immobilienrecht.
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen und Nutzungsverträgen.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung aller notwendigen Dokumente für Akquisitionen.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Immobilienangelegenheiten interner Abteilungen.

Your contribution:

  • Creation, provision, and tracking of all necessary documents, especially purchase agreements, to enable a successful acquisition, including after notarization

  • Creation of contracts (both lease and purchase agreements) up to the point of being ready for signature and subsequent approval, involving the legal department as needed

  • You are the first point of contact for real estate matters for internal departments and external suppliers, especially for notaries, authorities, and municipalities

  • Support of the department and external service providers in the creation and finalization of contracts, ensuring contract quality

  • Independent handling of correspondence with owners, landlords, and notaries

  • Coordination and administration of all departmental activities, such as appointment organization and email management

What makes you stand out:

  • A successful apprenticeship as a notary assistant
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary's office, preferably in the area of real estate law or the drafting of purchase agreements
  • Profound knowledge of the purchase process for land and equivalent rights
  • Experience in drafting framework agreements and usage agreements with landlords
  • Very good language skills in English and German
