Job Overview

In autumn 2025, the Technik and Administration departments of Lufthansa CityLine will transfer to the new Lufthansa Aviation GmbH, maintaining the same conditions, structures, and benefits. Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties of the Nominated Postholder Continuing Airworthiness in compliance with aviation regulations and under the guidance of the Accountable Manager of CAMO.
• Lead the company in maintaining aircraft airworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with Part-M and Part-CAMO requirements for the technical system and aircraft maintenance.
• Guarantee availability of qualified and trained personnel.
• Manage the issuance and renewal of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC), conduct timely inspections, and report irregular findings.
• Assign maintenance tasks to approved 145 maintenance organizations.
• Implement group-wide standards for Continuing Airworthiness and Technical Management processes based on Group TFM, including data management, aircraft engineering, technical requirements, and health monitoring.

Requirements

• Technical university degree or relevant qualification in aircraft maintenance or a certified aircraft technician (Part-66 Cat B) with additional training.
• Experience with technical safety standards and operational procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of regulations (EU) Nr.216/2008, Nr.748/2012, Nr.1321/2014, and Nr.965/2012, including amendments.
• Minimum of five years professional experience, with at least two in a similar role within aviation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Conflict resolution and persuasive skills.
• Cost and quality awareness.
